1 cup of Dates
1/3 cup of Sunflower seeds
1/2 cup of Walnut pieces
1/4 Cocoa powder
1/4 cup of Cashews
2 or 3Tsp Manuka Honey
2Tsp melted Coconut oil
Option choc chips
1 cup of Shredded Coconut to roll in
1) Put all ingredients in a blender
2) Blend until all mixed (I used a Nutribullet)
-you will know when its done as it forms into a big ball.
3) Take out of blender and make into small balls
4) Roll the balls in the shredded coconut.
5) Store in the fridge
