We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed your enquiry. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 days of receiving your enquiry.
New Zealand Deliveries
All orders for delivery within New Zealand are sent by tracked courier service via NZ Post or NZ Couriers. Delivery must be to a physical address - parcels cannot be delivered to PO Boxes, Parcelpods or Private Bags. 100% Pure New Zealand Honey reserves the right to alter the method of delivery without notice.

Authority to Leave
Parcels may be sent with 'signature required'. We strongly recommend that you use a business address to ensure someone is available to sign for your parcel. If no one is present to take delivery, a 'card to call' will be left by the courier and you will need to contact them to arrange re-delivery.
You may provide the courier with Authority to Leave (ATL) if no one is present to receive your delivery. If you give permission for the courier to leave your parcel without being signed for, please note this in your order comments at checkout.
We ship worldwide, with free shipping on orders over NZD250.
All international shipments are sent with NZ Post. Delivery times will vary based on local markets and we endeavour to complete all shipments within 10-15 working days.
Parcels cannot be delivered to Po Boxes.
Some countries can only be sent International Air due to country restrictions which is a non tracked service. Please allow 20 working days.
Import Duties & Taxes
If you’re placing an order for delivery outside New Zealand, please be aware that customs and import regulations vary between countries. It’s your responsibility to ensure any items you order are not prohibited or restricted within your delivery country. We accept no responsibility for the refund or replacement of any items or costs related to, or resulting from, the confiscation of any goods by your country’s customs or regulatory body.
Risk & Responsibility
Unfortunately, 100% Pure New Zealand Honey cannot take responsibility for delays in delivery once it has shipped with the courier. You will be provided with a unique courier tracking ID or reference number which will provide real time online track & trace of your parcel. We will endeavour to assist with any delivery issues where possible.
In the unlikely event that your parcel is not delivered or is lost in transit, we have a flexible replace or refund policy, on a case by case basis.
