Sweet Heat Smashed Chicken Tacos (Serves 2–3)
You’ll need:

300g chicken mince

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp garlic powder
-
Salt + pepper
-
6 small flour or corn tortillas (gluten-free if needed)

1 cup grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
Neutral oil for frying -
Sweet Heat Hot Mānuka Honey for drizzling
Optional toppings:
Shredded lettuce, sliced pickles or jalapeños, creamy chipotle mayo, pickled onions, avocado.
How to Make Them:

Season the mince. In a bowl, mix chicken mince with paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

Smash it. Divide the mince into 6 balls. Place each one on a tortilla and press down gently to flatten across most of the surface.

Fry crispy side down. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Place taco meat-side down and press with a spatula. Cook until the meat is browned and crispy, about 3–4 mins.

Flip & melt cheese. Flip the tacos, sprinkle cheese on the hot side, and cook another 1–2 mins until the tortilla is golden and cheese is melty.

Top + drizzle. Serve folded with your toppings of choice—and a generous drizzle of Sweet Heat to finish. The spicy-sweet tang cuts through the richness and adds total flavour fireworks.
