Flavour Profile
This product is a genuine, mono-floral mānuka honey with a guaranteed minimum of 83mg/kg MGO. While collecting mānuka nectar, the bees will also visit other floral sources that are naturally included within this honey, giving it a milder flavour and lighter colour. UMF 5+ is a great alternative to standard table honey and an excellent entry level UMF mānuka honey.
