Ingredients
- 1 cup dates
- 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup walnut pieces
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup cashews
- 2-3tsp Mānuka honey of your choice
- 2tsp coconut oil, melted
- 1 cup shredded coconut
Optional: chocolate chips
Method
- Put all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until everything is mixed into one ball.
- Using a spoon, scoop the mixture and roll it into small balls between your palms.
- Roll the balls in the shredded coconut.
- Store in the fridge.
