Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of Berries of your choice

  • 1/2 Banana

  • 1 cup of Milk or Almond/Soy Milk

  • 2 spoonfuls of Honey


 

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender.

  2. Serve in a glass and enjoy!
