Kamahi is one of the most prolific of the native forest trees in New Zealand. Our Kanahi honey is sourced from the temperate and wild Southland and West Coast regions, producing the aroma of lanolln and crisp springtime herbaceous flavours. This honey goes great on a cheeseboard. It is also a good sweetener in spicy dishes.
