Makes 8-10 flapjacks
- 4 tbsp clover honey
- 4 tbsp crunchy peanut butter
- 100g jumbo/wholemeal oats
- 75g porridge oats
- 20g sultanas
- 15g pumpkin seeds
- 15g sunflower seeds
- 1 tbsp stoneground wholemeal flour
Optional: seeds/sultanas can be swapped for equivalent amount of chocolate chips
